[FLWSS] Florida Weak Signal Society Meeting

Reminder,
  The FLWSS meeting is this Saturday at 9AM at KC4PX's QTH in Merritt
Island. 
This is also the first weekend of the 10GHz and Up Contest. Please bring
your 
10Ghz and up gear for contesting after the short meeting.

Stuff you might need (I tend to bring the kitchen sink);

10/24/47GHz gear 
Handheld GPS or Aeronautical charts (you need your SIX digit grid square)
2m FM HT
2m/432 SSB HT or mobile
Scoresheets and rules
Cellphone (yes cell phones are allowed in this contest. Walmart has these
priced right from what I hear on the news.)
Pen and paper
Spare battery
Umbrella
Towel
Digital camera for those candid shots

For those of you that don't have a 10/24GHz radio. Feel free to pair up with
those that do 
and work as a team. I hope the bug bites the crap out of you and you will
have your own
gear next time around. The second weekend of the contest is in Sept.

Let's put Florida on the 10GHz map for a change.
