[FLWSS] FLWSS Forum at PCARS Hamfest

I didn't know we had planned to have a forum at PCARS. We usually have them
at
Orlando. The only forum I know of is at Chuck's van. ;-)

Are they asking us to put one on? Did we discuss this before? I can't
remember.

(PCARS wants to have some forums on Sunday to increase attendance.)
