If you see a Powerwave MCA-9129-60 really cheap you may want to pick it up.
I got my two for $30ea. NIB. There are two amplifier sections. The driver
looks like
it may be good for 50W-100W. The HPA finals are rated for 500W. Five
SRF7053's
Both sections are on separate heaksinks. 

After parting everything out you need +26V @many amps and +5VDC for the bias

I do not know the difference between the 60W and 90W versions
