[FLWSS] Summits in FL (and a couple in MI)

I spent a little time finding summits in FL that have potential for
microwave contacts.  They still need to be scouted, to make sure that
vegetation will allow for a clear shot to the horizon.  The names
(HILL21, etc.) are arbitrary, and are probably within a few feet of the
actual potential good location.  Of course, all ocean coastlines and
large inland lake coastlines are also great potential operating
locations, but they are not listed here.

I plan to do some scouting on a future weekend after I receive my order
of USGS Topo Quadrangle maps, and after I have a working GPS receiver
again.  (We didn't have no stinkin' GPS in the 1980s, and we liked it!)

The summits I list in western Michigan are known to be good.  They were
used for microwave contacts (WBFM on 10 GHz) in the late 1980s when I
lived there.
