[FLWSS] Beacon status

Currently off.
They will be back on again in the next couple of weeks. Sorry, but the
project I am working on is DRAGGING 
out a lot longer that expected but is going to be shut down by the end of
August. I never expected them to be 
off this long or I would have installed things differently
