[FLWSS] Bouncing Emails to FLWSS List

All,
  In an effort to clean up the mailing list, your humble admin will be
removing email
addresses that show an excessive bounce number. If you think you have been
removed 
accidently, please remember to log in on the list page to check your status.

Re-subscibe if needed. 

People change email addresses from time to time, and sometimes I get just
plain spam
addresses stuck in there. I have to get in there and clean out the trash. 

Also remember the 10kB limit on emails. No attachments, pictures, HTML, zip
files, etc. 
will make it through. It seems HTML formatted emails are the worst
offenders.

I'm just trying to make sure we don't have a repeat from last weeks failure.
(Still don't know what happened).
