But from reading the comments, it will severely affect amateur satellite
communications which occur from 10450-10500.
I have an interest in fast data radio. The 10 GHz band is perfect for
this application with its favorable propagation characteristics and very
high antenna gains. It would be a shame for any amateurs anyplace to
lose any spectrum at 3cm.
I would like to see us gain bands someplace near 35 GHz and 94 GHz.
