The NWS in melbourne has issued a 

severe thunderstorm warning for: brevard county in east central Florida,
this includes the cities of, merritt island, cape canaveral, titusville,
rockledge, port saint john, patrick airforce base, palm bay, melbourne,
satellite beach, indialantic, cocoa beach, cocoa, barefoot bay, 
Until 445 pm est. 
At 339 pm est, national weather service doppler radar indicated a line
of severe thunderstorms capable of producing damaging winds in excess of
60 mph. These storms were located along a line extending from 15 miles
west of canaveral groves to 14 miles west of melbourne to 30 miles
southwest of melbourne, and moving northeast at 30 mph. 
Severe thunderstorms will be near, canaveral acres and canaveral groves
by 405 pm est, titusville airport, viera, sharpes and cocoa by 415 pm
est, titusville, rockledge, port saint john and pineda by 420 pm est, 
Severe thunderstorms produce damaging winds in excess of 58 miles an
hour and or large destructive hail. Frequent to excessive lightning and
very heavy rain will also be possible. If the storm approaches you, seek
shelter in an enclosed building on the lowest floor. Keep away from
windows.
