[FLWSS] CQ-VHF ATV article

There was an interesting article in this months CQ-VHF mag.
The part that caught my attention was the use of FM ATV in the 3.4 GHz band
and using commercial satcom gear for transmit/receive.

I hope CQ-VHF is going to get more technical content like this.
It's been lacking (to me anyway) in previous months. I was going to let
my subscription expire....
