[FLWSS] New frequency for the 24 GHz beacon!

I have changed the 24GHz beacon frequency from 24.192 to 24.200000GHz.
This was achieved by using a PLO locked to 10MHz GPS with it's cavity operating at 2000MHz and PLO output filter set for 12.000GHz.
The 12GHz is doubled by the 1W upconverter's LO input to 24.000GHz. I put a sample probe into the PLO cavity and used this 2GHz sample and divided it by 10 with a prescaler to get the 200MHz IF input to the upconverter.
This resulted in a 100% lock to GPS so you can expect 24.2GHz + - 10Hz.
