[FLWSS] 10 GHz contact

Chuck, K0VXM and I worked on 10 GHz at 7 AM this morning. I was operating 
portable from the bank of the Indian River at Valkaria Road and US 1. Signals 
were S-9 both ways under what we believed to be normal propagation conditions. I 
used the Indialantic water tower at 349 degrees as an azimuth reference to 
find Chuck at 346 degrees although this proved to be unnecessary considering 
Chuck's signal strength. This was not DX by any stretch of the imagination, but 
was an interesting contact anyway. We rag chewed for 19 minutes when Chuck had 
to leave to keep a schedule with K4RSV also on 10 GHz. Walter K4HV used the 
same location to hear K0VXM on 5670 about a week ago using a small horn as an
