File comments with the FCC, folks.  There's been virtually no comments 
on this yet:

Deadline: December 15th.  Don't wait, if you have an opinion.

   Select "Submit a filing"
   Fill out the questionaire

Either make up a document ahead of time in any of five formats, or keep
 
your comments brief and type them into the text box on that page.
