[FLWSS] 10 GHz operation

I will be available for the 10GHz contest both Sat PM and Sunday.  This will 
be from a fixed location at EL98hr with 60W and 2ft. dish
on a 40ft tower (110ft total above sea level) using SSB and NBFM.  I hope to 
clear some of the tree line this time.
