[FLWSS] 10GHz Plans EL97 EL98

I will be in EL97sv EL98ra on Melbourne Beach for the 10GHz contest on
Sunday
with an all over water path.

I will be starting in EL97sv at 7am then moving to EL98ra around 8am Sunday.
I will not have a clear shot towards the west until I move to EL98ra.

I will be listening up the coast for K2UO and K1MAP. (straight over the
ocean shot)
