Saturday night, I picked up your lost copy of the 2008 SVHFS Proceedings. Please e-mail me your address so I can return the book.  Sincere apologies on my part. I literally carry away as I get carried away with talking. I am pretty sure it was Dave or Jim's copy- I just don't remember call signs or last names because I am very old.
