[FLWSS] Experimenting with FSK VHF/UHF

I've been full bore into the FSK thing as of late. I was thinking of trying
out narrow v/s wide shift, low baud rate RTTY in the VHF/UHF bands to see
how well it performs in deep fades like we see on the high bands. It's a
little faster than WSJT/QRSS and you can get more information across. Anyone
interested please stop by my tailgate area at Hamcation to discuss. I'm
creating a test bench using two HAL ST-8000A's to see what is going to work
under marginal conditions. With the newer soundcard modes like MMTTY, you
can set up a programmable modem.

It may have already been done before but heck, I'm learning something.
