[FLWSS] Design Contest

[Southeastern VHF Conference]

Hi Everyone!
The 2008 SVHFS Design Contest entry deadline has past and the contest commitee will not be accepting anymore entries. As was stated in the contest guidelines, the format would be diffrenet this year and we have close the entry process. If anyone has any questions about this please contact me directly. 

Now!! The good news! We have more contestants than prizes this year so it will be a very competitive event. I can unobjectively say that every entry is a class act and highly worthy of any prize we will be ofering this year. My sugestion to anyone that has even a slight intrest in the VHF/UHF/Microwave aspect of the hobby, is to pay attention to the results of this competition, and to be at this years conference to see the designs, experiance the competition, and to posibly become motivated to enter next years competition. We would love to have you Join in on the fun!

ASLO--- A remider! The Feb 29th deadline for having papers published in the SVHFS 2008 proceedings is comming up! You do not need to have a design, or make a presentation to have a paper published. Simple one-two page or more papers will be accepted as long as they pertain to VHF/UHF/and Microwave amature radio operation and or of intrest to the same. Any questions, please reveiw "Call For Paper" on the SVHFS website or contact me directly at this e-mail.
