Update:

This thing is still wide open for suggestions, and please post them here, to
spawn more contributions. We should be able to come up with basic
specifications and a block diagram during the next meeting.

We're looking at 96 MHz for generating multiples for 2304 and above and a
simple divide by 2 (square wave followed with a high pass filter) for 1296
and down.  We may also find a slick way to hit 222 and 902 with reasonable
accuracy. Especially at these lower frequencies. This last item is up for
grabs. It's time for a suggestion on how to solve this problem.

Value added; Steve is correct. Everyone will walk away with more than just a
piece of very useful equipment. Also, the $200 for a high performance ref is
probably more realistic than my $30 estimate. Too soon to know just yet but
some serious numbers will be presented before too long.
