[FLWSS] 903 beacon

I'm not hearing it yet. I still have the preamp down. If this wind ever
stops blowing, I'll climb the tower and put it back up.
I ain't climbing in 40+mph gusts.

George and All,
   The 903 beacon is Q4 S0 today. About the same as it was with the slot
antenna. If Walter is hearing it, I don't think you need to make any
other changes except for feedline.
