[FLWSS] Filter info request

Is anyone using the K3PGP design low Q Halfwave filter design  on 144 mhz?  If so, are there any suggestions for sizes and spacing of the parts for this band.  Also how well does it work for protection of the preamp (actual experiance...rather than claimed (which appears great)).
