[FLWSS] Message Size for FLWSS Posts

FYI,
  The FLWSS list will reject any post over 10k to keep bad bugs from
propagating. It's pretty easy to exceed this by using html or rich text in
your posts. At that point your email will be rejected. Please use plain text
if possible and avoid attachments.
